"I received multiple calls from this agency and called back multiple times asked and advised to be removed from the call list yet. Still continue to get calls. I received a call today. I returned the call to receive a horrible agent that definitely does not have the required skills to be in the position she was in to have answered the phone which is far above her case qualifications, and it was shown when she said first of all, I didn’t call you second of all. I don’t know who it was and hung up on me and I called back and she refused to answer the phone whether she called or not. It came from this facility and she does not have the skills competency or the require required qualifications to be in any former fashion of customer service this agency is trash."
