"Lori was absolutely wonderful to work with! She took the time to sit down with us, explain everything thoroughly, and made sure we understood the entire process. She never made us feel rushed and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions.
We are in our 70s, and technology and computer-related tasks don’t always come easily to us. Lori was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful every step of the way. She has always been available when needed and provided above and beyond exceptional service, especially after a major car accident in September of 2023 when it was needed most. After leaving for another insurance company, Lena was there to welcome me back when I realized the other wasn't able to provide the level of service desired."
