"I've been a State Farm customer for most of my driving life. Lena has been a key player in that choice! She has always been available when needed and provided above and beyond exceptional service, especially after a major car accident in September of 2023 when it was needed most. After leaving for another insurance company, Lena was there to welcome me back when I realized the other wasn't able to provide the level of service desired."
